How a letting agent should be

Tracey and the team at Charters operate a very professional and slick lettings department. Despite not yet having a presence within Romsey they beat two other well established Romsey letting agents with, I have to say, little competition. They had numerous viewings, updated me regularly and more importantly found the ideal tenants. The paperwork all done by e-mal and electronic signatures is total efficiency. Why all agents do not offer this heaven knows. Thank you for all your help. James. L
